1. USER INFORMATION
DenglishLab, hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) relating to the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, for which purpose the following information on the processing is provided:
Purpose of processing: maintaining a commercial relationship with the User. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:
Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the RESPONSIBLE and related parties regarding their products and services, or by their collaborators or providers with whom the latter has reached a promotion agreement. In these cases, third parties may have access to personal data.
Conducting statistical studies.
Processing orders, requests, or any type of petition submitted by the user through any of the contact methods provided.
Data retention criteria: data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the commercial relationship, and when no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of data or their total destruction.
Data communication: data will not be shared with third parties, except when legally obliged.
User rights:
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, as well as limitation or objection to its processing.
Right to submit a claim to the supervisory authority (agpd.es) if the processing is considered not to comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data are necessary to attend to their request, and that voluntarily providing data in the remaining fields is optional. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are accurate and is responsible for communicating any modifications to such data.
The RESPONSIBLE expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be shared with third parties in any case, and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is carried out, express, informed, and unequivocal consent will be requested from the Users. All data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for providing an optimal service to the User. If not provided, all data, information, and services cannot be guaranteed to fully meet the User’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY complies with all the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) regarding the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), whereby personal data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has provided them with adequate information so that they can exercise those rights.
